Rest and Recovery

Rest and recovery with 2nd physio session this afternoon. Pain is leaving the body always a good sign. Oh, forgot to mention I, crashed out at training on Monday, took a fall from height onto my back.  Awesome back brace!! Safety gear works kids.

Ice baths and hot showers, no visible bruising so that's a good sign, internal and starting to feel good about getting back into the gym soon!!

Packing up ready for the long trip to the states. Looking forward to getting into the regime of the season.
