Super stoked to find out that I have been chosen to be one of the 2013 recipients for a Adastra Foundation funding grant and mentoring program.
Really appreciate their support, encouragement and confidence in my sporting goals. Pretty awesome how this Foundation has been set up and it helps so many people.

Had a session over at the High Performance Centre in Wanaka with Shane and Adam putting me through my paces - set up some base lines - and goals from a physical point of view.
Also worked on things with Peter to get my head in the game, when dealing with various events.
Really helpful thanks heaps. It's all coming together for a great Northern Hemisphere season.
